Outcome/Strategic Objective (SO) 1: Strengthening health systems to promote inclusive and equitable service provision in the eye health, ear & hearing care and mental health sectors.

  • Output 1.1: Support in Human resource development of inclusive Eye, Ear and Mental Health services in line with international standards and available technologies
  • Output 1.2: Improved access to inclusive and affordable services of Eye, Ear and Mental health for women, men, girls and boys including those with disability, especially in underserved areas through greater outreach

Outcome/Strategic Objective SO 2: Building inclusive communities that promote better access to education, physical rehabilitation services, livelihood opportunities and mental health support mechanisms, as well as strengthen resilience in the face of emergencies

  • Output 2.1 Active engagement of women, men, girls and boys with disabilities within their community settings.
  • Output 2.2 Improved availability of quality services that are person-centered and support the inclusion of people with disability and others in their communities
