AID MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR NEPAL

Transformation from a unitary province to a federal system involves significant structural, behavioural and perception  changes at all level of Government. Goal of this Programme is to  support " the GON to implement federalism through well - functioning , inclusive institutions and systems".

1.Strengthening of Province 1's policy making , Administrative , Fiscal management and service delivery functions , 

2.Bulding of intergovernmental strategic partenership between Local and province level.

3.Working  with Province Government and authorities to enhance their accountability  toward their constituencies.

 2.Province Governance establishes administrative , organizational and human resource(HR) management system ,

3. PG establishes public financial management system , 

4. PG strengthens planning and implementation processes.

• Province 1 government delivers equitable development and public service .
• Province 1 and associated LGS cooperate with each other on selected development priorities.
