  • Design a business model to provide quality, equitable, profitable and sustainable FP services through private providers. Use a client-centered approach to inform the design process.
  • Map, assess, segment and select FP facilities in project municipalities.
  • Engage private sector site owners and providers for strengthening their technical and managerial capacity.
  • Support private providers as they roll out the new service delivery model.
  • Use a client feedback system to further close the client/provider gap.
  • Assess the performance of the model and make modifications as appropriate.
  • Disseminate and share the successful business model widely to be replicated to other parts of the country.
