A.     Function as a technical hub conducting training of trainers (ToTs) Instructional Skills (IS), Occupational Skills Upgrading (OSU) and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) testing as well as Technical Education and Vocational Training

B.     Design/Develop NVQ-based TVET program/curricula for construction sector

C.     Enhance capacity of teachers and students

D.     Establish strong partnership with industries and communities
Impact: 

Produce competent workforces ready to meet the domestic and global needs of the 21st century by aligning with the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) policy and the 15th National Plan of Nepal.

Contribute to economic growth of Nepal by producing skilled workforce to meet the need of construction industry and increasing their employability.
