AID MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR NEPAL

1)    Provide infrastructure support

-       Provide infrastructure support for production, such as farm demonstration, collection center, and vehicle support

-       Improve healthcare environment by constructing Outreach Centers, equipping Centers with necessary medical equipment, and providing schools and community groups with basic medical equipment. 

2)    Develop capacity of stakeholders

-       Conduct stakeholder workshop on enhancing capacity to deal with infectious disease

-       Develop capacity of local human resources at Outreach Centers for better response to infectious disease

-       Conduct training for community leaders and members for better response to infectious disease

3)    Initiate integrated projects

-       Organize farm activities by identifying target commodities, forming commodity groups, providing technical farming training, and providing support in production, postharvest management, and marketing

-       Support community-led income generation and healthcare activities

-       Support school-based income generation and healthcare activities

-       Strengthen health volunteering system and initiate health houses

-       Establish integrated data recording system

4)    Conduct community campaigns

-       Organize Market Days

-       Support community cultural events

1)    Increased income

-       Output 1.1: Farm infrastructure constructed and farming capacity developed

-       Output 1.2: Farm income increased

2)    Improved health

-       Output 2.1: Access to healthcare enhanced

3)    More community people engaged in community activities

-       Output 3.1: Capacity of community people in leading rural activities enhanced

Improve the living standard of community people through enhanced access to outreach centers, participatory health and rural development programs, and income generation opportunities.
