  2. DOFE’s FEIMS is expanded and functional
  3. FEPB has developed a national resource centre for MRCs and a mechanism for foreign employment skills development
  4. Selected states are strengthened to deliver their strategic and coordination role on Foreign Employment
  5. MRC and other palikas support to implement Foreign Employment services
  6. MRCs support to deliver effective safe migration services

Outcome:
  1. Men and women migrants and their families, including from marginalized groups, have increased the benefits and mitigated the social implications of migration.
  2. All three levels of government use effective mechanisms for the protection of migrants.

Impact:

Migrants are able to reduce the costs of migration if they are empowered to better protect themselves from deception and fraud thanks to access to relevant information and, when needed, to justice; skills trainings lead to higher incomes; financial literacy for families left behind contributes to increased remittance savings, hence to higher financial benefits of migration.

The services which help migrants and their families to make the right choices and to protect themselves from the risks of foreign employment are provided by increasingly more effective government mechanisms at all three level. Two outcomes will contribute towards this impact:
