AID MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR NEPAL

The project is at inception phase

-Young women and men have access to career guidance service

-Job seekers have access to skills trainings such as apprenticeships and short courses.

-Workers have access to trainings at different levels to complement, upgrate or specialize their skills

-Parter companies have prepared and implemented Human Resources Plans for the development of their workforces.

-Partner companies are enabled to improve the occupational health and safety of workers.

-TVET in collaboration with the private sector has designed and implemented industry based courses

-TVET Providers from the public and private sector have enhanced their capacity to implement new approaches such as apprenticeship and further training of workers

-TVET training provider, parter companies and industry associations have established effective collaboration at national and local/federal level.

- Workers (women and Men) have improved their Employability

- Partner companies have established a favourable work environment.

- TEVT system is expanded and more inclusive of the private sector.

Nepali worker, particularly from disadvantaged groups benefits from continuous employment and an improved standards of living.
