Rural Finance Sector Development, mainly through enabling sector policy environment and institutional reform and restructuring of major rural finance institutions

Inclusive rural finance system that is more sound and efficient, and has wider outreach.
Impact: 

Economic growth and poverty reduction in rural areas through improved rural financial intermediation and easier access to affordable rural finance services, with special attention to marginalised groups and women.
