Outputs: 
  1. Reconstruction of destroyed health facilities and supplied with equipment and 6 months of medicines.  in Dolakha District.
  2. Reconstructed health posts are supplied with equipment and 6 months of medicines.
  3. Roll out of electronic health records in health posts MRS (medical record systms).
  4. Functional LDRMC, trained in CBDRM, mitigation schemes, 5 community latrines constructed each VDC.
  5. Strengthened local level anti trafficking, CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) mechanism and institutions.
  6. Reduced school dropout, child trafficking and child slavery cases in Project area.
  7. Rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration support provided to the survivor children.

Outcome:
  1. Each VDCs has access to primary health care services.
  2. Health system in Dolkha District is strengthened thourgh enhanced HMIS, improved human resources and referral capacity, quality of cre monitoring and supply chain managment.
  3. Increased awareness and skills of people to mitigate disaster risks/vulnerabilities at community level.
  4. Capacities at VDC level and instituitons are strengthened to operated and maintain water and sanitatin facilities and to respond tot he breakdown of WASH facilities, in order to improve resilience.

Impact: 
  • Improved availability and quality of primary health care service and disaster preparedness among earthquake affected population.
  • Reduction in child trafficking and slavery.
