  • To promote education, literacy and access to information through CLRCs;
  • To foster economic growth by promoting effective engagement of rural communities in productive activities through CLRCs;
  • To establish, strengthen and sustain CLRCs as vehicles for social change and sustainable positive transformation.
Outcome:

Results

1. Established hubs and satellite center (community libraries) and best practices replicated.

2. Strengthened economic and social status of  disadvantaged groups and local development activities increased

3. Institutionalized federation of community library association

4. Access to right to information through ICT facilities from the library ensured.
