The main activities to implement the state building contract are policy dialogue, financial transfer, performance assessment, the preparation of disbursement dossiers, and complementary measures to strengthen the government’s capacity towards the achievement of the general and specific objectives of the Action.
Financial and implementation capacity of the government for recovery and reconstruction, foster resilience and disaster preparedness, and enhance transparency and accountability in the reconstruction processes will be improved.
