3. Pool of resources generated to support sanitation activities and sanitation triggerers to speed ODF campaign, knowledge management and documentation
4. Self-monitoring mechanism of school and community strengthened by child clubs and stakeholders concerned with schools and communities.
5. Linkages between District Education Office and concerned stakeholders strengthened for promoting sanitation programme activities thus leading schools to incorporate and increase sanitation and hygiene education activities in their local curriculum.

Trained human resources capacitated through orientation and training irrespective of gender, social and educational status with representation from every section of society

1. capacitate the school teachers, representatives from management committee, district level line agencies, NGO/CBOs, local level line agencies, front line workers and stakeholders who have working linkage between policy makers in district level with actual beneficiaries and implementers.
2. promote institutionalization of sanitation and related promotional activities for continuation and sustainability with optimal mobilization of human resources at local level for scaling up sanitation is a must.
3. create proper environment in order to ensure  participation, support and endorsement from part to whole right from the school families specifically teachers and students/child clubs along with women and children from and within the community including civil society members
