  • HR Support-Experts/consultants (GIS/IMS/Communication and Media Support/ Engineers and coordination support at district level

  • Support for the preparation of PDNA/PDRF, Guidance Note for Integration of R&R and DRR in the Annual and periodic plan of local Government

  • Local governance functions restored for effective public services

National and local capacities strengthened for recover planning and disaster risk reduction
